How can I manage alerts on IndiaMART?
- Step 1- Visit seller.indiamart.com
- Step 2- Sign in with your mobile number
- Step 3- Go to Settings >> Privacy Settings
- Step 4- You can manage your alerts in the Alerts section
Note: Buying alerts can be changed in the buying preference section
What all alerts can I change?
In Privacy Settings you can change the following alerts:
- Important Service Messages
Email (mandatory) | SMS
- Buy Leads Alerts
Email | SMS | App Notification
- Alerts Frequency
2 Hrs | 4 Hrs | 24 Hrs | 48 Hrs
- Tender Alerts
Will I also receive BuyLead and enquiry alerts on my alternate email ID and mobile number?
No, BuyLead alerts are sent only on your primary email ID and registered mobile number. However, for enquiry alerts, you can choose to receive alerts on your primary and/or alternate mobile number also by changing the settings under ‘Privacy Settings’ on your seller panel. Your primary email ID is set as mandatory by default, i.e. you will always receive alerts on your primary email ID.
