How do I update my primary email ID?
- Log into seller.indiamart.com using your registered mobile number.
- Click on ‘Manage Profile’ on the top-right of your screen.
- To manage/update profile, you will be required to log in with password or OTP (one-time password).
- Upon successful verification, you will be taken to ‘Manage Profile’ section. Update your primary email ID here.
- Verify yourself with OTP received on your mobile number.
- Once verified, ‘Change E-mail’ screen will appear. Enter the new email ID here and save the changes.
- OTP will be sent to your new email ID. Use this OTP for verification.
- After successful verification, your primary email ID will be updated.
Note: While updating the primary email ID, if you get the error message ‘E-mail already in use’, please contact us at 9696969696 or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
