Update Primary Email ID

How do I update my primary email ID?

  • Log into seller.indiamart.com using your registered mobile number.

  • Click on ‘Manage Profile’ on the top-right of your screen.

  • To manage/update profile, you will be required to log in with password or OTP (one-time password).

  • Upon successful verification, you will be taken to ‘Manage Profile’ section. Update your primary email ID here.

  • Verify yourself with OTP received on your mobile number.

  • Once verified, ‘Change E-mail’ screen will appear. Enter the new email ID here and save the changes.

  • OTP will be sent to your new email ID. Use this OTP for verification.

  • After successful verification, your primary email ID will be updated.

Note: While updating the primary email ID, if you get the error message ‘E-mail already in use’, please contact us at 9696969696 or write to us at customercare@indiamart.com.
