How do I update my primary email ID?
- Log into https://seller.indiamart.com/ using the OTP you recieve on your registered mobile number, or password.
- Click on ‘Manage Profile’ on the top-right of your screen.
- This will direct you to the “Contact Profile” section. Once you scroll down, you will be able to edit your primary email.
- Verify yourself with OTP received on your mobile number.
- Once verified, ‘Change E-mail’ screen will appear. Enter the new email ID here and save the changes.
- OTP will be sent to your new email ID. Use this OTP for verification.
- After successful verification, your primary email ID will be updated.
Note: While updating the primary email ID, if you get the error message ‘E-mail already in use’, please contact us at 9696969696 or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
