How do I update my alternate/secondary mobile number on seller panel?

  • Log into Seller Panel using the OTP you recieve on your registered mobile number, or password.

  • Upon successful login, Go to Company Profile section >> Contact Details >> Alternate Mobile Number

  • To complete this action, verify yourself with the OTP received on your primary mobile number.

  • Additionally, another OTP will be sent to your alternate mobile number which you have updated. Enter this OTP as well to varify the number.

  • After successful verification through both the OTPs, your alternate mobile number will be updated.

For App Users:

  • Go to menu options
  • Clcik on the pen icon on the top right side
  • Edit Profile.
  • To complete this action, verify yourself with the OTP received on your primary mobile number.
  • Additionally, another OTP will be sent to your secondary mobile number which you have updated. Enter this OTP as well to varify the number.

  • After successful verification through both the OTPs, your secondary mobile number will be updated.
