How to Update Primary Mobile Number?

When I have access to my registered mobile number

  • Log into my.indiamart.com using the OTP you receive on your registered mobile number or password.

  • Enter this OTP on the screen to verify yourself.

On the screen (given below), enter the OTP received on your registered mobile Number. Click on OTP on Email if you don’t have access to your registered Mobile Number

  • Access this OTP from your registered email and verify yourself.
  • Add your new mobile number and click on ‘Save’.
  • You will receive another OTP on the new number. Enter this OTP on the screen to verify yourself.

 


For App Users

  • Go to menu options
  • Click on the pen icon on the top right side
  • In Edit profile, edit the primary mobile number
  • Save

For Mobile site

  • Go to menu options
  • Click on the Edit profile link given on the top right corner
  • Click on “View and Edit profile” button
  • Edit the primary mobile number & save

    My mobile number is already registered with another seller. So I am getting calls on behalf of him and this is so annoying to receive calls from many people and to answer them. So please resolve this matter and delete that profile please….
