How do I Update Primary Mobile Number on Seller Panel?

When I have access to my registered mobile number

  • Log into seller.indiamart.com using the OTP you receive on your registered mobile number or password.
  • You will receive another OTP on the new number. Enter this OTP on the screen to verify yourself.
  • Go to Company Profile >> Contact Profile. Click on the edit button next to your Mobile Number
  • On the screen (given below), enter the OTP received on your registered mobile Number. Click on OTP on Email if you don’t have access to your registered Mobile Number
  • Access this OTP from your registered Mobile/email and verify yourself
  • Add your new mobile number and click on ‘Save’
  • You will receive another OTP on the new number. Enter this OTP on the screen to verify yourself

    My profile. Mobile number has been changed. Old mobile number can not be accessed now. How to change my mobile number in my profile ? Because every time I go to profile in want to edit it, it asks me OTP sent to my old mobile number, so I am unable to modify it. Then how to change my mobile number ??

      You can select an option to send OTP on your email address to login & change your mobile number.
