How do I update my alternate/secondary email ID?

  • Log into Seller Panel using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number, or your personal password.

  • Visit Company Profile
  • Click on ‘Contact Details’
  • Enter Alternate Email address

  • After you update email ID, OTP will be sent to your primary mobile number. Enter the OTP for verification.

  • Another OTP will be sent to your newly updated email ID. Verify yourself with this as well.

  • After successful verification through both the OTPs, your alternate email ID will be updated.

For App Users:

  • Go to menu options.
  • Click on the pen icon on the top right side.
  • In Edit Profile, edit the alternet email id.
  • Enter the Alternet Email Id
  • Click on Update
  • You will now receive an OTP on your new email ID . Use this for verification.

    Hello,

    We have recently joined the Indiamart.
    Our e-mail is : vadxxxxxxcon.sk
    We have lost the password.
    We are not able to sign in. We tried several times with OTP we received from Indiamart on our emaiL. Every time the system was indicating to put in a CORRECT OTP.
    (Is the OTP time dependent? – It took always 7-9 minutes to get the OTP from Indiamart.
