    I paid through supplier for supply of portable AC on 25 th June and he acknowledged telephonically that item is in stock and will be dispatched within 2 days…on 5 th July when I enquired I was informed due to some internal problems it was not sent …he told that on 06 July the AC will be dispatched and tracking ID will be sent…didn’t receive any ID till date….now when I called the seller is not picking up the phone ,I want to cancel 5he order and want my money be refunded

    I have paid this supplier. buyershelp+reply@indiamart.com He promised that I would receive my product in 5-6 days. I have continually asked for a tracking number. Once the supplier received there money they ghosted me when I kept asking for a tracking number. The supplier no longer responds to my emails. I have not received my product. Please I need pain relief after surgery and provided them this amount through my children’s savings. Please help. 😭. I really need my product.

      As IndiaMART is a central platform between buyers and suppliers, so if a supplier you have contacted does not respond to you, we can help you with more suppliers who deal in the same product line.
      A supplier may not respond to a buyer for multiple reasons. Some of them may be:

      1. Supplier has not checked your email yet or he might have received your email in his spam folder
      2. Supplier has stopped doing business and does not sell the required product anymore
      3. Supplier doesn’t have stock of the product you wish to buy
      4. Export for your required product is banned (applicable in export transactions)
