What to do in case the seller does not respond?

While we always recommend our sellers to promptly respond to buyer enquiries, sometimes they may not do so due to multiple reasons. These may be lack of time or they may not provide service in your location or may not deal in the specific product/model that you need. In such cases, you must reach out to other sellers dealing in your required product(s).

Alternately, you can simply post your buy requirement here and we will send you more seller options. We also share your requirement with sellers, who will contact you immediately.

    I have paid 50 % payment in advance but supplier has not send my material. I am waiting my material or my refund payment but till date i have not received. Aupplier name is maa laxmi lighting industries. They have not receive my call also.

    Tell Us What Happened

    Hi sir, I am going to start a new medical shop in my place.Close to my shop, there is one another shop giving huge discount with medicines and surgicals. so we also planned to do same format with discount. so when i planned to buy local purchase for some items like latex gloves, i found that i am not able to sell with discount price. so i planned to search in indianmart and they assist me with some dealers. Many dealers had contact me by what’s app and telephone with there offer. Atlast i got the lakrine enterprises from bangalore giving me good rate. I ask them for 30 box of latex gloves, but they refused me that minimum i should buy 100box of amount 25000. Atlast i agreed to make deal with him and i transfer it. From next day he is not picking up call and also not giving reply through whats app. His name is shashikant as a sales executive in lakrine enterprises and his number is +91 95401 18578.
