      Yes, you can buy a single item but you need to check the Minimum order quantity(MOQ) mentioned by the supplier. If MOQ is 1 then you can surely buy a single piece of the product.

      When you search for a product on dir.indiamart.com, you will get a filter on the left side of the page “Business Type” wherein you can select Manufacturer’s option. This will solve your purpose.
