How does Paywith IndiaMART Payment Protection works for Buyer ?

Buyers can avail payment protection by paying for the deal using Pay with IndiaMART.

How it works?

  1. Finalize a Seller to whom you want to make payment transaction.
  2. Transfer Money to IndiaMart Payment Protection
  3. Seller ships the product to a Buyer
  4. Buyer confirms the receiving of order
  5. IndiaMart Payment Protection will release money to the seller.

In case any conflict arises after making the payment or product delivery, sellers/buyers may raise a complaint for IndiaMART Support​.

    I have ordered some items from a seller. Payment was done through Pay with IndiaMART. Product is still not sent to me and the seller is not replying to me anymore. What can Pay with IndiaMART do in this case?

      You need to have an Indian bank account & amount can only be paid in INR.
