Which modes can you use to make payment to a seller on IndiaMART via Pay with IndiaMART?

Using Pay with IndiaMART, you can collect payment from your buyer through any of these modes of payment.

  • UPI App
  • Net Banking
  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • Cardless EMI/Pay Later

Note : Any buyer can make payment, not necessarily IndiaMART registered buyers

      Cash on delivery option depends on the seller you are dealing with. If the seller agrees cash then you make the transaction accordingly.

      IndiaMART is an online marketplace which brings together buyers and suppliers. It does not participate in the negotiations and transactions that take place between buyers and suppliers. It depends upon the mutual agreement between the buyer and supplier through which mode the payment will be made. We highly recommend to pay via Pay with IndiaMART to avoid disputes.

    What happens if the delivery is not done or delivered goods are not in working order? Does Indiamart return money paid through PWIM if the the goods are returned?

      Hello Sujoy,

      If you use PWIM for paying to the seller & if seller does not deliver the goods, in that case IndiaMART will be able to help you with either getting deliver done by the seller or refund. However, IndiaMART cannot help in case of quality issues.
