Where can I check the end date for my paid service on IndiaMART?

You can view your paid service end date on your seller panel- ‘Dashboard

  1. Click here to view your Dashboard.
  2. Scroll down to ‘Active Services’
  3. Under ‘My Services’ you can view the end date of your service.

    I want to disconnect my current Mini Dynamic plan. It was discussed before that we would be taking the plan for 6 months. Our due time is over but why am I getting messages of continuing with the payment. Kindly assist for disconnecting the plan as because of the current situation we will not be able to continue with the service.

    I have asked my acxount manager to stop my services 3 days ago. He said he will stop it, but i got an email after that asking to keep sufficient balance for renewal of services. The next day the manager of my manager had called and asked in detail why i wanted to stop the services, he assured he will stop it, yet i dont have any confirmation of service stop either. Is it some way of draining money from customers once or twice before their services acthally get deactivated?
