      Pay with IndiaMART protects you if the seller did not send product. Once you make payment using Pay with IndiaMART, we keep that money with us & release it to supplier only when they deliver the product to you. This way, both buyers & sellers are protected.

      Alternatively, if you want to register a complain against any seller, you can fill our complaint form & our conflict resolution team will work on the issue.

    I purchased an order of diabetic drugs from Dipimla Sharma at ARD Pharma. I spent many weeks attempting to secure my order and was met with no response or lies!! Eventually my order was confiscated by the FDA and they came to my home telling me never to order from India again!     I have been cheated by indiamart I have made payment of Rs6300/- which was hold by indiamart and not paid to seller but when I asked for refund of my money the are not giving my money back,I guess that I have been cheated by india mart .
    No proper resolution provided by customer care executive.
    Friends indiamart payment if fraudulent so don’t do any online transaction here.
