    I paid Jackmup International Trading Private Limited $145 US for an order of various medicines, and now that have received the money they are not responding with the shipping and tracking information. I have sent them messages through the Indiamart site, emails and also whatsapp messages with no reply? And they have a TrustSEAL Verified tag. I guess that doesn’t mean anything? I feel I was scammed and thought only Nigeria was full of thieves and scammers, but now India too? Who can you trust? No one!!!! Very upset and disappointed!!!!

    I did not use IndiaMART because the vendors I contacted do not offer credit card or PayPal as a form of payment and I did not feel my money would be protected. If your companies offered one of those forms of payment,they would get more business. When I say PayPal I don’t mean using it to put cash in a vendor’s bank account. I paid a Non-IndiaMART vendor through PayPal but it ended up asking for cash payment to their account. I still do not have my product and they don’t communicate well with the customer so I have no idea if or when I will get my product.

    I want to complain against Gift collections Moradabad. They were supposed to make samples for a gold plated hanger rod and female wire mannequin and show the same on 30th July. The payment of 10000 as sample charges were taken on 25th July. However after payment taken, their attitude changed. They kept making excuses and delayed . Finally On 5th night they said they’ll refund the advance paid. But on 6th they made a crappy version of one product and claim item is made. Horrible service.

    Viral marketing (vadodra, dealing with mop material & pen making material) is a very unprofessional team. Not having any ethics. After taking payments playing with clients to n their rule.
    They commit to despatch order by 8-10 days but after taking payment they do nothing. After a continuous and tiring follow up I cancelled my order. Then I ordered my requirement from other sources.

    Still after 10 days of my cancellation request they are forcing to receive the order and sending me.

    They are despatching the required items in a delay of nearly 1 month without any update or information about the delay reason.

    I suggest to ban them from india Mart.

    Hello, i have a complaint against The Spectrum Decor company, which is New Delhi based. I gave them my flooring contract which had to be cancelled due to some reasons. I even paid Rs.9000 as advance in cash to them…but then they told that Rs 1000 has been cancelled as site visit which we agreed to. But its been more than 6 months now still they have not returned my remaining Rs. 8000. They are not returning calls or giving proper replies. Its a case of cheating.     I ordered sliding glass door with fixing in April 7 -2019
    He fixed the glass on 13 -4-2019 and I settled him full payment. With in one month door lock came out from glass and door stopper is also broken

    I ordered some products from trndee, erena exim pvt ltd kolkatta through your site, they contacted me from this site and I given my order to them around 52000,
    But they cheated me to send only productworth 10220 and now they didn’t respond my call.
    And I asked them to return my balance cash they didn’t given to me and the company and manager nobody is not taking my call .
    If I call any othe no , after they attend if they realize if it is me they will cut the call .
    I ordered goods from your site and please help me to get back my products or amount .

    I want to report this supplier for his worst ever services and his equipments. EQUIPMENTS HAVE BEEN BOUGHT BEFORE A6 MONTHS AND ALREADY THEY HAVE STARTED DEGRADING FROM THERE PERFORMANCES.
