  • However, in case there is a complaint against a supplier, IndiaMART conducts a proper check and takes appropriate action.

    I have ordered for cotton bags worth 17000 from E360 Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore and made advance payment of Rs. 8000. Neither they are sending the cotton bags nor refunding the amount.

    Hi,
    I ordered some products from trndee, erena exim pvt ltd kolkatta through your site, they contacted me from this site and I given my order to them around 52000,
    But they cheated me to send only productworth 10220 and now they didn’t respond my call.
    And I asked them to return my balance cash they didn’t given to me and the company and manager nobody is not taking my call .
    If I call any othe no , after they attend if they realize if it is me they will cut the call .
    I ordered goods from your site and please help me to get back my products or amount .

    If a supplier does not have a pythocentary certificate and lab report for the spawn which is going out of India. How does Indiamart Help that supplier?

    I have purches products from seller who is listed on India Mart but he cheated me the name of company is metel tech Kanpur & owner is mr Deepak Rai he has taken money but send worst quality products & not giving service to & now he blocked my no too just help me India Mart because I quart a product on India Mart he call me .other wise I will take legal action against both of them India Mart as well as metel tech Kanpur mr Deepak Rai

    I want to report this supplier for his worst ever services and his equipments. EQUIPMENTS HAVE BEEN BOUGHT BEFORE A6 MONTHS AND ALREADY THEY HAVE STARTED DEGRADING FROM THERE PERFORMANCES. I HAVE BEEN CALLING HIM SINCE FROM LAST 10 DAYS FOR MY COMPLAINT. BUT HE DOESN’T PICK UP MY PHONE. HAVE ALSO WATSAPP HIM, WHERE HE REPLIED WITH OK MSG BUT STILL WAITING FOR SERVICES.
    I DONT RECCOMEND HIS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AT ALL. MY WORK GOT HIT BADLY DUE TO IT.
    NOW TELL ME HOW TO INITIATE OFFICIAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS MANUFACTURER. SHOULD I LAUNCH AN OFFICIAL POLICE COMPLAINT OR WAT.? NEED HELP
