    The worst company I’ve ever done business with, which was my first and last time ever doing business with them. Placed an order with them for which they received the full payment but did not deliver the material for one year. After continuing calling and messaging no reply from the CEO Novy Makin is a fraudulent person making false promises and the worst business man I’ve ever come across. I never experienced such a problem with any other company. Would request each one of you to please be careful of such fraud companies who loot people, rob them and never deliver material.     Nakkash Jewellers, Jaipur is a liar, dishonest and insincere seller. He shows something while selling and then tries to deliver something altogether different. The Seller CANNOT be trusted at all. Not sure how IndiaMart gave him “Trust Seal” and all, If so, IndiaMart should also be personally liable for forwarding his contact to buyers and putting their money at loss. Shameful.

    Top tiles and sanitary world ,siddapura, varthur road, Bangalore has the WORST customer service ever. No one bothers to attend the customer nor do they respond if any query asked they just act busy even though not many customers inside . And finally sits in the billing counter . There is another guy next level who just says to wait for 10 minutes and does not return back at all. This is freaking third time such an experience from the same people .     I bought from Hester biosciences limited . What a joke. Paid $465 for the product, $40 for “express” shipping, then $178 for covid stamp. Then it gets held up in customs, and we had to pay the charge. 4 days later… yep, you guessed it, another charge…$260 for the covid stamp we paid $178 is week ago for. Suddenly they don’t answer emails unless they’re asking for money. Hester biosciences guarantees delivery or they’ll give you your money back, but it’s a scam. The shipping company they use is SureRoute courier, and I’m pretty sure it’s the same person because when you email Hester, you magically get another email from SureRoute with a story asking for more money. I will never buy from indiamart again

    BEWARE… CHEATER !! FRAUD !! UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE !! WORST PROFESSIONALISM !! NON-COMMITTED.
    This Urban Packer’s & Movers Jaipur transport company and the packer guy Vishal Pachouri is complete Fraud.. their office address is also Fake.
    I got cheated by him. I gave him my KTM Bike, Helmet and some other stuff on 28th November 2020 to transport from Jaipur to Udaipur but still after 28 days He didn’t deliver it.
    I trusted him and paid whole amount in advance,
    but everyday He is making excuses, not receiving my calls, not replying to my messages.
    Now, after giving him some Police threat & lessons, He even blocked my number. He totally stopped communications.
    Please don’t fall prey to this guy and this fake transport company. they are running a big scam.

    Unfortunately to date no reply to my email sent earlier or request for full refund of US $ 186.99 (.13,498.00 INR) sent on August 26, 2020 almost 2 months ago for the DHL package you have sent through very slow DHL E-commerce mail service, and have still not received the package to date.
    The Tracking Number you had sent first was also wrong for a destination to Australia, that further delayed the shipment to me.

    I have paid US $35.00 (INR 2,590.00) for Express Shipping service from India to USA to get my medication early on time, as the medication has to be kept refrigerated and cannot be in transit for such a long time. The medication has spoilt by now and I cannot use it anymore.

    This is very unethical and fraudulent. You have cheated me of my money for both Shipping and medication. I requested Express Shipping and instead you sent it by DHL E Commerce cheapest and slowest mail post service sent almost a month ago and still not received the package to date.

    I gave you my business as India Mart had recommended you but you have taken my money in advance and cheated me, committed fraud with no reply and response to my email and concerns with very poor customer service from your side.

    Please send me immediately my full refund of US $ 186.99 (.13,498.00 INR) sent on August 26, 2020 almost 2 months ago and no medicine package received to date!

    Sir/ma’am , I have a complain against imran goat farm Guwahati Assam. I posted the requirement of goats in India mart and through this I got to contact with Imran dewan(6xxxxxx0495). We spoke on phone a few times and come to a terms of selling me the said item from his farm. To make sure I buy the item he convinced me to transfer an amount of ₹50000 on his account. He gave me his addhar card pan card and bank passbook photo copy through wadsapp. So I transferred the said amount in his SBI account on 14oct20 . And the very next day his phone number was off along with his wadsapp number . Now I couldn’t cantact him till date. I request IndiaMART to please take up an action and help me out .

    I placed a bulk order from Ghyan Chand Trading Corporstion, jaipur. The seller is not at all trustworthy. I made the payment on time before the order was delivered. First of all the order which I received , it was not the same as shown to me through pictures. When I let this know to the seller, I was told that the item which I had ordered was not readily available, so I was sent different design which I did not want at all…if the item was readily available then I should have been told before taking decision without asking me…
    Also the poufs which I received (30 in quantity), are of very poor quality. The zips are coming off and the stitching is also of very poorly done. When I sell these items to my customers, each time I have to do stiching myself. I’m never going to buy from this supplier again…

        I have heard from the seller only to rub salt into the wound by saying I should pay him $450 for a security ticket. I contacted the couriers “Tulcexpress” and they claimed i cannot pay by card but will have to pay the seller and they will refund me the $450 although the seller was unaware of this at the beginning. I have submitted all the evidence proving that this seller and Tulcexpress are a scam. This man Bertrand Brown and his company Online Pharma has stolen £800 off me and indiamart has done NOTHING!!!! I am so angry Indiamart give you the leads, you get scammed by their leads and then they wash their hands of it. If this is Indiamarts way of solving the situation by getting this thief to taunt me then they are very unprofessional. I shall not leave this.

The owner Mr.Navin Tiwari first asked me to deposit the payment in his savings bank account and then refuse to deliver the product and even refuse to refund the money paid. He is rude too. Such suppliers should be blacklisted.

    He said i should pay with paypal because indianmart doesn’t support international transations, after payment (130$), he took one month before sending the parcel and promissed me on whatsap that he will send me exactly the products displayed on his page. I got the parcel yesterday and the pills are completely differents from what we agreed, it looks poorly manufactured and dirty. Instead of orange colored, he send white and red pills.

    Now I’m trying to contact him and he is no more responding to me.

    I bought noodle maker machine from Glow Shine, Kolkata.
    Firstly products arrived in a very very bad condition all rusted. Before making the payments i was informed the installation will be done within 2days after the products arrival. But its been a week, there is no sign of installation.
    I have called the owner Mr.Vicky Singh many times, to solve my problem, he is a very very rude person. He has told flatly on my face i have delivered the product that you wanted and now its not his responsibility how the products arrive and at what conditions.He has also threatened me that I could go and complain anywhere it does not matter to him.
    He is a very rude and irresponsible person.
    I suggest no one ever does any business with him.
    I am stuck with the rusted machine and still waiting for installation because i have made all the full payments.

        Hi Indiamart Customer Service,

        I purchased Rs.95,000 worth goods and it’s been 70 days still not delivered single item from Aman Stone Associates,Dausa, Rajasthan GST 08XXXXXXXF1ZG. This company is completely unethical and unprofessional business. Once the customer paid the 50% deposit which they are after, the customer is totally trapped. Just to reach the owner Hari Prasad, we have to try at least 15-20 times, totally irresponsible. Too many hidden charges. He always re-direct to some transport company a total ridiculous logistics operator. Do not get into this trap. I am still waiting patiently before I legally peruse on this company. Please do post my review in the reviews section so the other customers can save their time and money.
