I am facing issues while registration/logging into my IndiaMART account. Whom should I contact?

Once the details are submitted, a free account is created and you can access your account any time. In the case of incomplete information, the account would be manually verified and would be live within 48 hours.

However, if a company is not listed within the stipulated time, it may be due to any of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect e-mail ID
  • Incomplete or incorrect contact details
  • Incomplete or incorrect company details
  • Insufficient business description provided
  • If you have added less than 3 products in your catalog while creating your account.
  • IndiaMART allows only Indian Suppliers to be on-boarded. If you are supplier of any country other than India then your company will not be listed on our Portal.

    Greetings!

    We just established a business last year with different address and contact #s named as EcoProds LLC license registered in NM, USA

    We just established a business in US this month of January 2020 with different address and contact nos. with license name ECOPRODS LTD based in London, UK

    We also have a business in the Philippines with different address and contact nos. with license name NMJR Enterprise.

    How to integrate these information when the registration procedure allows only 1 business entity.

    At the moment we are at the stage of selecting promotional items at IndiaMart to resell to our prospective corporate accounts.

      Currently, IndiaMART does not on-board any foreign sellers. If you have any other doubts, please let us know.

    I, Snehasish Bhattacharya , already informed to change my old registered mobile no 8585860404 with new mobile no 7003756594 as i am getting the otp in my old mobile no which is not helping me to contact with the suppliers. So pl change my old mobile no 8585860404 to 7003756594. It is most urgent.

    I have done registering but anytime I want to contact a buyer it will show me that ‘my IP address authentication has been failed’

    Please help me out wouldn’t know what the cause is.
