Can I export my Enquiries to an excel file?

IndiaMART seller panel is a highly capable portal rich of features that allows you to manage all your enquiries efficiently on the Lead Manager itself.

So, theere is no provision for exporting/downloading enquiries data in a spreadsheet/MS Excel etc.

    We need some export mechanism to export our leads in CSV/Excel format. Only API will not do. Raising the issue since last two years but no response from middle or top management. We are extremely disappointed.

      Hello Ranjit,

      As a policy we do not provide options to export the Contacts / Leads to Excel due to Security reasons. Anyone gaining access to the Seller account would be able to fish out all the Leads of the Seller.

    I Do Agree with @Deep please let us know how your policy protecting the data. indiamart just protecting itself by not providing the mechanism or tool which will reduce manual work. please revise your privacy policy.

    Very pathetic and troublesome policy of your company. We need some export mechanism to export our leads in CSV/Excel format. Only API will not do. And so are the other customers using proper CRM softwares.When asked we are given reasons like “it is the policy of our company to protect your data”, while no one is able to explain the logic how can data be protected if our marketing executives need to do manual data entry into excel sheets instead of automatic one. Either way they are going to have access to the data. Very dirty and unethical trick to increase your web traffic. We suppose that when we are paying for the services, WE SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT to choose whether to use MY data on my CRM platform by downloading it or use your website’s lead manager, being the owners of data. We hope Indiamart stops giving lame reasons and execuses and provides a good service like Justdial and other service providers who allow us to download the DATA THAT I OWN

      .csv file downloader on indiamart is the need of the time fro all of us.

      We urge Indiamart team to discuss and give this feature to the suppliers which will reduce their time to collect email a great extent.

    You need to allow us to download the leads and enquiries in excel or csv format so that we can easily upload them on our CRM. This is a very basic feature.
