    I have spoke to seller and asked for material, she contacted me through WhatsApp.. and I told her that I vl pay through India Mart. She says No and I need to pay through paytm or net banking. Can you suggest what should I do??

      Regarding the mode of payment, we advise you to coordinate directly with the seller. We strongly suggest that all the terms and condition for product/services availed (i.e. Shipping Charges, Warranty etc.) are discussed well in advance and are also taken in written over email from the seller before placing order to avoid having conflicts later.
      We also have an online payment gateway pay with IndiaMART. We highly recommend this to avoid conflicts.

    We are a paid customer of Indiamart since 2010. Once in every month or for a quarter your service/ sales executive would visit us to resolve our problems or query. Its been more than 9 months non of them are coming, instead they are updating by mail that they have visited our office. We have made several complains and calls but there is no proper response. Indiamart was excellent when it was a Private limited its becoming worst since its became Public limited.
