How can I disable reminder notification?

Although IndiaMART sends you reminder notifications through all 3 channels- email, SMS and app, you can choose to receive a notification only on one more of these channels.

To disable notification from a particular channel:

  1. Visit your Seller dashboard.
  2. Under ‘Settings’, choose your preferred option for receiving notifications under ‘Follow-Up Reminder’ section.

Although IndiaMART sends you reminder notifications through all 3 channels- email, SMS and app, you can choose to receive a notification only on one more of these channels. Under Settings choose your preferred option for receiving notifications under ‘Reminder set by you’ section.

      Dear Customer,

      You can disable the alerts for your IndiaMART account from your seller panel,
      Please go to Settings>>Privacy Settings>>Alerts disable and after 24 hrs you would not be receiving any buy lead alerts on e-mail from IndiaMART.
