How do I disable Email Sync feature?

Follow the steps given below to disable email sync feature:

  • Login to Seller Dashboard.
  • Visit Account Settings by clicking on your name on the top right corner.
  • Go to ‘Sync Email replies to Lead Manager’ section under Account settings.
  • Click on the checkbox to disable this feature

    • Once you disable this service, your replies via email will no longer be synced to your IndiaMART account.
