My transaction failed but the money is deducted from my account. What should I do?

If the amount has been deducted from your account but you haven’t received a confirmation from us, you can reach out to us at +91-​96​-​9696-9696 (9 AM to 6 PM IST) or mail us at paywith@indiamart.com

You may be required to submit a screenshot of your account statement showing the deducted amount.If an error is shown to you on the payment screen for your transaction, please keep it safe as well.

Don’t worry, in case the payment is rejected, the amount will be refunded to your account.

    I changed my bank details as ten days before, today I got mail from kvb cheque bounce ,kindly update my new bank details for my mini dynamic catalogue payment .
