My transaction failed but the money is deducted from my account. What should I do?

    I have paid to seller through India Mart link. Amount was deducted from my bank account but it is not showing in seller account. Kindly revert ASAP

      Hello Shri,

      IF you have use Pay with IndiaMART, amount will be transferred to seller only when the delivery is done. This is for the protection of both buyer & seller. In case seller does not deliver, buyer can always get the refund without any concern. In the same way, in case where seller delivers & buyers does not pay, pay with IndiaMART protects seller as well.

    I have paid the seller through IndiaMART link provided by seller. The amount is deducted from my bank account but Ididn’t get any acknowledgement from Indiamart about the payment and it is not reflected at sellers end as well.

      Please email us at paywith@indiamart.com & provide proof of the amount deducted and the error displayed while paying. Our team will get your money refunded.

    I have paid the seller through IndiaMart in two transactions. First payment of Rs.3585 which was successfully reached and the other payment for Rs.515 which didn’t reach his end and neither i recieved any acknowledgement from IndiaMart through email or sms. Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

    Sir I paid the seller through IndiaMART link provided by seller.     I have paid to the seller through IndiaMART link provided by seller. The amount is deducted from my bank account but not reflected at sellers end as well as not get any acknowledgement. I have mailed with transaction proof on paywith@indiamart.com and customercare@indiamart.com.
    No response .

      Hello Rahul,

      When you pay using pay with IndiaMART option, the money is deposited with us. Once the seller delivers your product & you confirm the same, we will release the payment to the seller. This helps in the protection against fraud both from seller as well as buyer.
