How to create a saved reply?

Go to Lead Manager,

  • Open any conversation
  • Click on ‘Saved Reply’ icon
  • Select ‘+’ icon
  • Add ‘Title’ and ‘Description’
  • Click on ‘Save’ button.

      If you want delete the last saved reply. Please refer Delete Saved Reply article for detailed step by step information.
      We don’t have any option to delete last reply in a conversation. We have duly noted your suggestion and forwarded to our team for further Process on your feedback.
