    I purchased through Indiamart from Physio Care devices, and I transferred 374 us dollars, but unfortunately they are neither sending my purchased product nor refunding my money.

    Unfortunately I make i payment into suppliers free account, so for the security of my money I requested to refund my amount so I can make a payment into suppliers premium account.I talked to Customercare service they gave a solution to mail your problem at But its been 7 days I dint get my money back which are stuck at Indiamart. , even I dint get a single response from there side.

    And if seller not send the goods or cheated who return the money?
    If seller send low quality goods?
    What i take documents from seller before makethe payment

    I am new for India Mart .I am running supermarket in Manipal Udupi dist Karnataka, I want to buy some stuffs in bulk quantity from India mart sellers but how can I trust unknown customer.all sellers need prepaid .After paying money if sellers dint parcel the stuffs wat can I do.
