  • In case you receive irrelevant suppliers for your requirement, you may write to us at buyershelp@indiamart.com.

    Does IndiaMart takes any action against fraudulent sellers? Or we are just supposed to keep complaining. Why there is no security provided by Indiamart. Are we supposed to pay through Indiamart to get money back in case the supplier doesn’t give product even after paying money?

    Hi, I am Parv. I found a TWS dealer by the name Callmate India on Indiamart. I bought the stock from them and made a payment through Indiamart on 13th April 2021. At the time of purchase, they said that we have thoroughly checked the stock on our end, all the pieces are working fine. But that wasn’t the case when I started shipping it to the customers. Due to this, I am forced to check each and every unit manually, and I have found that out of 50 units that I checked till now, 20 units are defective. When I asked them to replace those pieces, they simply refused to replace them. I have all the recordings with me.

    I purchased from this seller trusting Indiamart and its policies. It was my first dealing through Indiamart which didn’t go well.

    I got scammed of RS173735 from IndiaMART and I’ve registered the complaint but no one responds. I’m in shambles and i want sue INDIAmart and the seller because the seller was a verified seller from indiamart yet i got scammed for such a huge sum of money

Supplier has taken full money but not shipped the material.Your reviews ratings for this supplier are fake and so is your verified supplier claim which we are sure of.
