Where do I log Complaints and Trade Disputes?

Kindly use the following methods to log any complaint or trade disputes:

  • You can access the IndiaMART complaint form and submit your issue
  • Alternatively, you can contact us at 09696969696 or write to us at customercare@indiamart.com
  • In case you receive irrelevant suppliers for your requirement, you may write to us at buyershelp@indiamart.com.

    I had last year done a ceiling leakage repair work before rainy season done by one MAHAVIR ENTERPRISES, KANDIVALI, person name – Rathod, mob number 9664848355 … the repair work was under 3 years warranty. Now this year even after calling him and mesaaging him the person is not answering calls nor msgs and has dissappeared. Kindly beware of this and make 90% pmt in 1st year only.. thanks

    I am bored of a supplier’s call from 8042994299 on the number 8051865200…..the call comes at midnight also at 12:00 am ….while i am not interested in his product anymore…are you able to block from calling to my number…

    I received a very poor quality sample for which I was told it was top quality and would be the quality provided for my resale business. Can you let me know if there is any way I can request my money back? I have contacted the supplier to discuss the issues but have had no reply.

    I had post my requirement for website designing on indiamart portal (9999675885 reg number) and start receiving multiple calls of service provider I selected one of them name Surya Kant 9818699939 from http://www.royaltrix.com and paid 4000 rps out of 9500 to start my work on 5th of August, now it’s been 24 days as it is 29 August but I didn’t get anything even I don’t know my website colour how it will look like ?
    I am trying to call him but he is not responding my calls even his office colleague are not responding my calls

    @Indiamart is that type of service provider you use to promote on your portal ?

    I had post my requirement for bridal lehanga and start receiving multiple calls of vendors I selected one of them name mannat creation, https://www.mannatcreation.com/welcome/. and paid 3445 rps For the product image they shared, she said she will dispatch the courier within in next day, till now no courier dispatched and also not responding on msgs and calls, blocked my no. Too.
    I am trying to contact but nothing is being responsive
    @Indiamart is that type of service provider you use to promote on your portal ? I am really disappointed to see this kind of action. I have paid money and no ethics of work neither ur portal is taking response.

    I bought one toto I seen first india mart this toto address and after this where I bought toto that’s agency from Calcutta but the agency owner is froud big froud .he is very very bad they are very bad

    mostly the sellers here are not serios about business they dont commuinicate properly and mostly have listed wrong prices on their products to attract buyers and then they tell the price mentioned was by mistake and the most dissapointing thing is that we dont have option to compaint about their wrong listing on the same page !!!
