    Does IndiaMart takes any action against fraudulent sellers? Or we are just supposed to keep complaining. Why there is no security provided by Indiamart. Are we supposed to pay through Indiamart to get money back in case the supplier doesn’t give product even after paying money?

    Hi, I am Parv. I found a TWS dealer by the name Callmate India on Indiamart. I bought the stock from them and made a payment through Indiamart on 13th April 2021. At the time of purchase, they said that we have thoroughly checked the stock on our end, all the pieces are working fine. But that wasn’t the case when I started shipping it to the customers. Due to this, I am forced to check each and every unit manually, and I have found that out of 50 units that I checked till now, 20 units are defective. When I asked them to replace those pieces, they simply refused to replace them. I have all the recordings with me.

    I purchased from this seller trusting Indiamart and its policies. It was my first dealing through Indiamart which didn’t go well.

    Guys one of the fraud guys we have come across via IndiaMart as verified seller. He commited me material of good quality and had taken money from us when material was delivered to us it was completely C grade material. He will never answer your call does everything in his own way no courtesy to call back. Now he is denying to refund money, always giving excuses. Will request Indiamart to blacklist such people from social platforms so that these cheaters will not cheat anyone again. I am taking necessary actions from our side to catch hold of such cheaters.     I am writing this to you to make understand that i was deceived/cheated by one of your Indiamart employee. Please find below details:

    Keerthi Teja is a friend of mine working at Indiamart and with respect to Indiamart(as he showed me his employee Id and I am having it also verified by calling  customer care 9696969696 ) I have given nearly 40,000 to him for an HP Laptop order. This  happened on 18/11/2020. In the last 2 months every day in the mornings he used to call me and say that I would receive my product on that day and he would cook some story at night . The same happened for 2 months. End of December I asked for a refund and again he started  telling stories and I haven’t received my money back till today.Also he is saying that it would take 2 months for a refund in Indiamart(I don’t think it would take these many days in the big organisations).
    With the trust and respect of Indiamart 2 of my friends also placed orders to  Keerthi Teja. Please find the below:1. One friend gave an order with an amount of 1,94,000 to him.  He started telling stories to them as well. Hence they have asked for a refund.71000 has to be refunded to one of my friends and he is not giving them. 2.Another friend has given 1,63,000 to him for bakery products and till today he hasn’t received his products/money.
    I have mailed to customercare@indiamart.com long back regarding my issue and haven’t got any solution for me.
    I request you to consider my issue and please provide me my money and solution to my friends as well as early as possible.
    As Indiamart is trustworthy and a very big company I never ever expected this kind of fraud in Indiamart.
    Note: He told that only advance payments are accepted and not Cash On Delivery. Hence we gave the amount in advance and we had all proof of our transactions and his ID as well..

    I had paid to Indiamart on 4 th of Nov20, amt of rs 2650 payment red id 392226, via indiamart.com (pay with indiamart) online payment gateway to pay to a registered IndiaMART seller for an order
    The seller said he cannot process the order as he had not received any payment from indiamart. when i asked indiamart about this they said they have received my payment but were not ready to pay to the seller.

    Then i had to cancelled the order and i asked for a refund from indiamart ticket id # 3976158 but still after even more than a month I have not received any refund from indiamart

    Hi team,

    I have posted a requirement for nitendo on indiamart, and one guy named solomon joshua contacted me for that, and i trusted him.

    I ordered 14500, nitendo switch lite grey color, and he demanded 50 % of the amount,
    I paid 7000rs and later that evening again asked for 5500 in the name of custom and taxes and i paid 5500 again.

    He shared me the tracking ID in faxcomlogistics.com,
    He has sent two consoles worth 45000 rs and that too from Malaysia.

    Now he is asking 10550rs again as the yellow tag clearances.

    I mean what is this? Not sharing any details of the delivery agent and saying they are in your city at airport.

    Please team look into this matter and he is not even returning my 12500rs money saying your product is on hold.

    Is a big fraud- stay away from this supplier! God knows, how these suppliers get “Trustseal Verified” by Indiamart. Please delist such suppliers and take punitive action against these scamsters, if you want buyers to continue using your site.

    The backstory:
    We had placed an order with this supplier for goods worth Rs.10000/- on the 5th of August. I was due to receive the goods on the 8th of August, he sent me a tracking ID in which the consignment was to be shipped by Delhivery, the goods arrived in my city but was never delivered to me. After repeated calls and request to either refund my money or send me a new package, the supplier said he will do any of the above as per my wish once he receives the package back and on no grounds initiated an RTO(Return to Origin).I called him several times and made several requests to send me a new package now that he has initiated an RTO but he assured me to do so once he receives the consignment back. Finally on the 19th of September he has received the package back which is clearly been shown by the courier company in it’s tracking ID. This fraudster tells me, he hasn’t received it yet and is also not answering an of my calls or messages.

    I’m having all his whatsapp chats, GST bill and payment proof. Requesting Indiamart to take stern action against these scamsters looting retailers of money and destroying your brand reputation.

    Also some advice to people who go through same hassles created by these fraudsters:
    1).Don’t let them go, remember if you have a GST Bill and payment proof you can always take the legal route.
    2).My advocate has advised me to send him a legal notice with a duration for him to respond, failing which I can move for an FIR with the police or get the complaint registered in court.
    3).The quickest way to recover money is through ‘Order 37’ of the CPC as this is based on written statements and will speed up court proceedings.
    4).A criminal lawsuit can also be filed if deemed necessary.

    Don’t let these scamsters just run away with your money, make them bow down before the law because if you just let them go your letting them scam someone else!!

    We are facing some issue with some fake company .actually we are a paid user in indiamart
    we want you to delete one of user in your indiamart, who has developed a fake account naming “Milesman India”. As he dont have any company or organisation.

    Whenever someone is searching our product name “Milesman compact blend and milesman compact” on google his fake account is coming by name “Milesman India”. So we are concerned about this issue as he cant sell but misusing our leads and brand name. Doctors are confused by name “Milesman India”.

    It is basically hair removal laser which is a medical device. As we have listed in our product range and he kept with same name 4 products.

    As we are sole distributor for India, we are having big problem as he is getting presence of his account on google search on indiamart platform. Whereas we have contacted him directly to remove it. He denied.
    We want you to delete that account or otherwise we need to take legal action against you. As you are the platform where people are misusing our brand.

    I wanted to buy jute bags and bamboo baskets..
    The jute bag was specifically agreed on with certain dimensions..repeatedly mentioned in chats and calls and agreed on..before making payment, she was pestering me day and night to make the transfer of money..and promised dispatch in 10 days..
    After making payment, there was a complete silence and on repeatedly asking for a sample bag..I was sent a picture with wrong measurements..
    I had specifically mentioned length, breadth and height.. confusion between length and breadth is permissible, but height can’t have any doubts..on pointing out, that the measurements are wrong, this lady really misbehaved with me..and started fighting with all illogical arguments..
    Nasty and bad toned voice messages..from a seller who has made a mistake is not acceptable..
    This is pure harassment of the customer under the garb of indiamart..
    Also, mentioning..I was charged much more than the catalogue price..just because I had different dimensions
    I have a detailed record of all the chat and voice messages as evidence

    I have made a deal with Rahil pharmacy which I ordered the medicine for 10000 and paid advance of 4000. This is the sixth month they are not even try to send the product or giving back my money. So much I have asked them to return the money. They are just ignoring and no response. Please try to help to get my money back. Don’t have any other option as much I did till now.
    I have all the details of the chats and money transferred. Kindly do something about it. My deep request. I never thought these people do cheated like this. And from this application I got there contact and requirements. More that 3 times I did complain on this. You people are also not caring about losing the money of a customer.

    Hello.
    I had placed an order after suggestion received from India mart trusting the site , bhagwati plast industries. I could understand the delay which was due to covid -19 but 47 days is too much. Today when I made an enquiry I was send one number and asked me to call the number of transport company.i was told to come and collect.seriously?? Why do anybody order things online for the order to be delivered at the address provided and since our address with Aadhar card was asked why isn’t the order being delivered after 47 days??
    Should I not trust India mart??
    I have attached the payment receipt and I would like my refund initiated asap.

    I HAVE HAD A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE WITH INDIAMART OVER THE LAST 4 YEARS AND JUST 12 DAYS AGO I WENT TO ANOTHER PHARMACEUTICAL AGENCY W/s WORKHARTD. Lmd and i paid Pravin Ghase £170 gbp this totally included shipping costs and i have email’s from them asking me to purchase more goods before the original order is all i was wanting but they said that they were having problems with the sending of the order saying that they were all to expensive, but i told him that i have all the screen shots of me transferring the money through the western union and who collected it and i have copied all the emails that they were sending me and i have now officially made 2 complaints about how they were operating and i have not had any reply to try and resolve this issue, be careful who you purchase from but one good site is deep healthcare solutions on indiamart they have been exceptional and even gave me extra produce i was purchasing from them and I still highly recommend them, but as far as W/s Wockhardt Ltd is concerned do make sure you do the correct background checks before you purchase from them and it takes however long to get a reply from indiamart complaints procedure, take care and be smart enough to call them ask if product is in stock or not because they are not always honest, be in touch with the sellers directly to see if they are likely to be good honest person, thanks

    Sub Total= 3.5X90=315X20=6300 + 18% GST
    Total= Rs.7434/-, in the name of RIKTA GARMENTS on 24.07.20 and i also made the advance on that day.. You marketing executive (7980660547, +919163320949 )said that it will be getting ready within 03.08.20 and i will be receiving the goods within 04.08.20. So i paid the rest on 03.08.20 and i confirm it to her, and she also confirmed me that the goods are already transported to our said transport agency, but on the day end when i went to the transport agency, they informed me that they didnot received any goods in the name of RIKTA GARMENTS.. So sir is it my responsibility check weather the good are transported to the transport agency? Please let me know that is your company service is so bad?
