    I Am salim and malaysian I found this site to purchase genuine parts from the IndiaMART suppliers the company name is Garuda impex.

    This company promises to supply bajaj genuine parts to us anyhow this supplier instead of original their send all Fake spare look like original. Even I have told many times please supply genuine parts regardless all fake.

    We have order oil filter bajaj for price USD 0.86 per unit. Total 2400 unit all fake item. We are really disappointed .

    We think IndiaMART is safe but not.

It is now 8 days since Diwali and I haven’t received the refund. Ashish Bhandari from Indiamart has been following assigned my complaint (Ticket Number:3299455). I tried contacting Ashish as well. But there is no response. A2 Designs LLP has been keeping the money since the first week of July. They give silly excuses for not paying up. Can INDIAMART tell me what the next step would be?

        When I read these comments, it’s really unfortunate that these so called suppliers are registered with IndiaMart but buyers continue to suffer with scammers. I call them scammers because if they were genuine they would be delivering the orders and more so they can delete/block their accounts easily(Terrible).

        IndiaMart needs to find away of helping buyers who are from other countries as well with payment options until the buyer and seller have built some trust, otherwise people will soon take this site as a scam.

        Customer protection is very important and these complaints would reduce. Your instruction of filling complaint form looks as custom with no help being offered.
        Since your site is invaded with scammers, you need to find better ways of protecting genuine suppliers from losing business.

    I order wedding sofa from gyas wood handicrafts,saharanpur on august and paid full amount ie 11800/- in advance and the delivery charge and all 4250/-. It took 1mnth to arrive where it was written that it will take 10/12 days. Secondly, it was all defected ….everywhere, not good material and finishing its damn bad. Maybe they are not well experience person in working. Lastly, one arm of the sofa is broken. Now how can i expect more than this…..although i got is defected and damage.

    I dealt with this man Gautam Malaviya from Surat, Alcott impel, paid him Rs.45000 for my order on 20/09/19, since then he hasn’t shipped my order. Wasn’t even replying to my calls and SMS. Then he finally contacted me when I put a bad review on his India mart page. I asked him to return my money and I’ll remove the review. He said he will deposit the money straightaway but it’s been 2 days now, no money and he even deleted his account. Can’t find him on the suppliers list as before on my India mart app page.
    I only trusted this supplier because he was verified seller on India mart

    Donot believe alrehaman international they are cheating the customer.
