Calling catalog viewers

How to directly call the buyer who has seen my catalog from the desktop?

To call the buyers who have visited your catalog, please follow the below steps-

• Login to seller.indiamart.com
• Open catalog view section.
• Select the buyer you want to call and click on ‘Call Buyer’ event.
• Select the device from which you want to make call.
• In case, the device is not listed- click on ‘Download IM App’, post downloading the app login to your IndiaMART account and the device will be listed
• Click on ‘Call’ for the selected device.
• Check that mobile device for notification.
• Click on the notification, call will be made.

Path: seller.indiamart.com> Catalog view tab> Selected Buyer> Call Buyer> Select device to make call> Click on ‘Call’> Check your mobile device for notification> Tap Notification> Call Done
