    . India mart giving fraud suppliers, seller doing froud and spaming , I think indimart needs learn to amazon, poor customer services, i have pay advance 17,368.66 but not dispach product and not doing refund my money

    What if I pay using Pay with IndiaMart, but seller didn’t send the material in desired time or a faulty goods received?
    Is IndiaMart protect in above scenario?

      If you pay using Pay with IndiaMART & if the seller does not send the product, IndiaMART will be able to help you either by getting goods dispatched by the seller or refund. We will also take appropriate action against seller if they do not comply.

    There are many Unknown Salers on Indiamart, so how we can trust on them for payment.. Is it safe for payment through India Mart or India mart take any responsibilities against Fraudent ?

      IndiaMART is an online marketplace which brings together buyers and suppliers. It does not participate in the negotiations and transactions that take place between buyers and suppliers. It depends upon the mutual agreement between the buyer and supplier through which mode the payment will be made. We highly recommend to pay via Pay with IndiaMART to avoid disputes.

      No, you need to have Indian bank account & need to pay in INR(Indian Rupees) only.

      You can ask the seller to replace the product in such case. If the seller does not deliver the right product & deny to replace it, you can fill the complaint form & our conflict resolution team will work on the issue.
