How do I add Notes to a buyer conversation?

This feature allows you to save all the relevant information of a buyer at one place. You can add a note during a conversation with the buyer so that you remember the details of your last discussion with him/her.

  • Under Lead Manager open the chat window of the contact you wish to add a note for
  • Click on ‘Add Notes’ icon
  • Enter your comments or notes
  • Click ‘Add’ and your note will be added
  • Please note that the added note will be visible to you only.
