How do I check my account manager details in IndiaMART?

 

You can follow the below-mentioned steps to view the account manager details:

For Desktop Users:

Visit seller.indiamart.com website from your desktop.

  • Login into your account with the registered phone number.
  • In the dashboard section, scroll down to get the details for your account manager. 

You can now also click on “Request a Video Meet” link to directly get connected with your dedicated account manager.

For IndiaMART Mobile App Users:

  • Open IndiaMART app on your mobile phone.
  • Login into your account with registered phone no and OTP.
  • By clicking on the hamburger menu, scroll down and click  “Call Customer Support” to get connected with your dedicated account manager.

You can follow the mentioned steps to view the account manager. Cclick on Performance Scorecard. Scroll the screen to view the contact details of your account manager.
