How do I submit complaints on IndiaMART portal?

  • You can access the IndiaMART complaint form and submit your issue
  • Alternatively, you can contact us at 09696969696 or write to us at customercare@indiamart.com
  • In case you receive irrelevant suppliers for your requirement, you may write to us at buyershelp@indiamart.com or call at +91-9953870004

What should I do if the supplier I contacted does not respond?

As IndiaMART is a central platform between buyers and suppliers, so if a supplier you have contacted does not respond to you, we can help you with more suppliers who deal in the same product line. 
A supplier may not respond to a buyer for multiple reasons. Some of them may be:

  • Supplier has not checked your email yet or he might have received your email in his spam folder
  • Supplier has stopped doing business and does not sell the required product anymore
  • Supplier doesn’t have stock of the product you wish to buy
  • Export for your required product is banned (applicable in export transactions)
