How do I submit complaints on IndiaMART portal?

What should I do if the supplier I contacted does not respond?
As IndiaMART is a central platform between buyers and suppliers, so if a supplier you have contacted does not respond to you, we can help you with more suppliers who deal in the same product line.
A supplier may not respond to a buyer for multiple reasons. Some of them may be:
- Supplier has not checked your email yet or he might have received your email in his spam folder
- Supplier has stopped doing business and does not sell the required product anymore
- Supplier doesn’t have stock of the product you wish to buy
- Export for your required product is banned (applicable in export transactions)
